- Accurately document service needs and the customer's requests, keeping records up to date and organized.
- Provide detailed explanations of repairs and services, assisting customers in understanding the nature and extent of service and maintenance required.
- Develop relationships with customers to build trust and ensure their satisfaction with service provided.
- Coordinate and schedule service appointments efficiently to maximize productivity.
- Advise customers on the necessary automotive services and provide cost estimates.
- Maintain knowledge of dealership service specials and factory recalls.
- Upsell additional services and products to customers when appropriate.
- Handle customer complaints with professionalism and ensure quick and satisfactory resolutions.
**Qualifications:**
- Proven experience in a customer service role, with a preference for experience in an automotive environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent organizational and documentation skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent; further technical or automotive training is a plus.
- Basic understanding of automotive systems and technology is highly advantageous.
